2. What data we process

• Player account: Angelmeister works without sign-up. On first launch a random identifier is created – no name, no email address, no phone number.
• Display name and avatar: freely chosen; they are visible to other players in the league and crew. If you do not want to be recognised there, pick a fantasy name.
• Game progress: catches, fishing grounds, equipment, progression, and league results are stored on our server under your identifier so your progress is preserved.
• Purchases and subscriptions: handled entirely by Apple. We never receive payment details, only transaction identifiers used to credit purchases to your game.
• Technical data: platform and app version, plus server logs (IP address, timestamp) for secure operation.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Processing serves solely to provide the game (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and to operate it securely ((f)). No tracking, no advertising, no sharing for marketing purposes.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell data. Data is shared only with technical service providers (hosting; purchase and subscription handling by Apple).

5. Retention and account deletion

Your progress is stored for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account directly in the app (Settings → Delete account); this removes the identifier and the game data.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact: info@kroegoor.com.
